I'm guessing "Hungry Like the Wolf" by Duran Duran.
I just looked this up on google so I'm not sure if this is the one you're talking about but hey it says something about the wolf. LOL

Its called blue by.Eiffell. I was watching it.It was on one of my c.d's. And I fell in love with it I know the whole song by heart. Now listen up a story about little man who lives in a blue world and all day and all night and everything he see's is just blue like him inside and outside. Oh sorry got carried away. I am blue da ba dee da va da dabba dee. Oh sorry again
