It really would help to know how old she is and "when" she is crying (before feeding, after feeding, at bedtime, etc.). That being said, a stressed out Mommy can rarely calm an upset baby. If she's still crying with a dry diaper, full belly, no fever, and is propped upright in a baby seat or swing--Then take a minute or two for yourself. Go to another room where you can breathe, cry, pray, count to 10, whatever--calm yourself first. When you are refreshed and can hold her without being frustrated, then pick her up and cuddle her. Hold her firmly, but not too tight and speak very softly and calmly to her, say Sssssshhhh, etc. Even if she still cries she'll know that she's loved and THAT is the most important thing. When you have a chance, have a talk with your pediatrician to see if she should be taken in for an appointment. Best of luck!

You don't state how old your baby is, but here are some of my favorite tips...

Bundling: wrap up your child in a blanket just like you did after delivery. This will keep them from flailing their arms and legs and gives them a feeling of security.

Voice tone: Forget the high pitched baby voice when trying to quiet a crying child. Drop your voice down low and whisper. Baby will love the low tone and will actually quiet trying to hear what you are saying. Keep talking, nice and low (doesn't matter about what either) snuggle the baby close while doing this- works great for me.

Football hold: Some times if a baby has gas, the football hold seems to help. This is the hold used mostly by health care professionals

Once you've checked to make sure that her diaper is clean, she is not hungry, she is not too cold or too hot, then you can try holding her and swaying, singing, rocking in a chair, listening to white noise, or rubbing her tummy in a circular motion (possibly gas). Chances are she's overtired or overstimulated. I learned from reading that infants should not be awake for more than 2 hours at a time. If you put her down to sleep before the 2 hour mark is up, you won't have a cranky baby. It worked for me!

Try one of the five "S": Suck, Swing, Shush, Sing, Swaddle. They can be worked in any order or combination.

Suck a pacifier/breast. Swing (or rocking) very slowly in arms, Sing (or hum) very softly, Swaddle to make them feel safe, Shush softly in their ear (sound is very similar to what they hear in the womb).

These have help to soothe my little one who has acid relux. Sometimes though, all they need is a good cry. Start listening to your baby's cries to see if you notice any diffrences. This can help to determine what she might need. My little one has different cries for a dirty/wet diaper, hunger, stress, even when she is very tired and cannot get to sleep.

If you feel that your little one is crying too much, talk with your doctor.

You should add some more information. How old is she? If she is between three weeks and and about eight weeks, she may have cholic. Unfortunately, there isn't a heck of a lot you can do if he/she does, other than try to live through it!
Both of my twins had it, at the same time...
Walking around with them and sort of rocking them helped a little.
Hope it gets better soon!

try the bath, rubbing tummy, feeding, gas drops, rocking. Also try swaddling. They sell swaddlers at BabiesRUS for about $10 they're really cool and give the baby the confort they need. Oh try the car ride with some soft music.

Try gripe water or very weak camomile tea. Our son had colic really bad for his first four months. We gave him the camomile and it worked wonders! You could also try taking her for a drive or a brisk walk outdoors. Sometimes they need fresh air.
all the best
