iraq is a joke, unfunny joke.the pentagon now admits civil war is unavoidable.....yet bush and his people still clamour about delivering democracy..lol....the goddam nation is erupting and bush is still waving his flag and pretending this will somehow end in a way that benefits the US.......it is clear this war is nothing more than a power grab and a redistribution of money, into the hands of those who create war and keep people fearful.

While some may disagree with your observation..I agree. It is obvious that this war has cost nothing but money and lives (mostly on the part of the US an Iraq itself). As soon as we found out that there were no WMD's or ties between Iraq and 9/11, we should've pulled out, apologized, given the country some "ooops" money (compensation) and let them re-organize on their own. They hate us even more now for attempting to tell them what to do and how to run their own country. When will we (US) learn? Not everyone thinks the way we do or does things the way in which we do...and that's okay! We can and should defend ourselves but against likely and offensive people...these Iraquis did absolutely NOTHING to us..so why are we fighting again? The original purpose of this war was a lie. Deal with it, and pull out!

The Corporate/military dictatorship is being found out by many Americans. Do you know that we have a $9 trillion national debt? The war in Iraq will cost working class tax payers $2 trillion over ten years. The republicans are very desperate now and no dirty trick is out. They want you to pay for their mistakes not the wealthy who are getting the tax cuts now. Not the Corporations who pay no taxes, you.
