I'm experimenting with different ways. I always thought you were supposed to wear it on both, but alot of my friends just wear it on the bottom...What do you think?

If you have small eyes top only. If you have big eyes, top and bottom if you want to make your eyes smaller. It all depends on yourself actually. Whichever you prefer and feel more comfortable with. Either way there are plenty of people who do them.

it depends, i myself always changing the way i put the eyeliner..
if i wanted to look classical, like hollywood 40's i would only apply it on top, a little thicker than usual..
if im going to school i just put a bit at the end of my eyes on the top AND the bottom..
but if im going to a dinner or some night out i would apply it even more on the top n bottom, smudge the bottom part more, and apply it again.

Just on the bottom.. other wise it looks too overdone and over powering especially If you are just going to school or something!! If you want to do both the top and bottom lids try a lighter color like brown or even blue!

If you have small eyes, wear it on the top only. But if you would like to go for a smoky eye look, wear it on both top and botton eyelids and smudge it. Wearing eyeliner on just the bottom lid sounds weird to me, but if it looks good on you... go for it! Just do whatever looks good on you.

if you want to minimize your eye size then eyeliner should be worn on both the upper and lower parts of your eyes. it really all depends on the look you are trying to achieve.
for a day time look i would suggest just wearing the eyeliner on the top part of your eyes. play it up with different colours.
but at night you can add that liner on the lower part of your eyes for a more sexy, dramatic night look.
i say do whatever you think looks best on you. =]

I wear mine on the top for day, and then if we're going out at night I do the top and bottom.

I only wore it on bottom until I cut my hair short. Then I started wearing liquid liner on top too, just at my lash line. I like the ways it makes my eyes stand out.

I only wear it on the bottom because i mess up to much on the top so for me its alot easyer to just do bottom

I wear it on the top mostly, and just a little on the bottom. Wearing it on the top makes your eyes look open and more flirty. ;)

I wear it on the bottom but I also like to wear it on both sometimes. It depends on what you like or what suits you the most.
