Depends on the situation. There are times when it's good to work with a team & bounce ideas off the others in the group, but there are times when having a group can slow down the work and it would be preferable to be working alone.

I like to work alone. I can be a team player, but people just irritate me to no end. Plus I know if I work alone, things will be done the right way and if I fail I'll have no one to blame but myself.

Alone- I am a very independent person and I work better alone when am in a team or groups I feel as if they r slowing me down I do things faster and easy by myself

that depends on what I am working on, sometimes I do like working alone when I am cooking or baking, but when doing yard work or other things I like to work as a team
