Its not a joke. I'm really curious....probably cuz I'm stoned right now, and I think deeply about stuff when I am.....stupid stuff.
Anyway, ya know, how some people say, "oh, that guy is a fruit loop, look at those pink stalkings he's wearing". Why is he a fruit loop? Why not a broccoli, or a vegetable, or i dunno. Where did the fruit calling come from?

Because being fruity used to be associated with being mentally ill or crazy. Ignorant people from the beginning thought that homosexuality was a mental illness, so there ya go.
