Don't judge me personally on this, but i think abortion should be made legal. It's the woman's choice! The fetus is unborn, therefore s/he has no power in the matter.
Please don't mistake me for a cruel person! I will agree that abortion is morally wrong. But my philosophy is that we should save the existing people right now than worry about the unborns and what might have been.

Yes it is a women's choice but she is commiting murder. Back in the bible times if a man killed a women's baby when it was still inside her he would be killed. THink of it this way:
Say a baby named Kate was to be born on September 2, 2006
The mother would be allow to kill this baby on September 1, 2006 but not on september 3, 2006
The baby is developed fully weither it is in her or out of her. Women should not have a choice to KILL their children. I should know. My mom has had 3 abortions. Some days I wonderwhat would happen if one of them would have been me.

As a former fetus, I oppose abortion.
I know it's a cruel world, but give the kid a chance! S/he might just take the ball and run with it.
"What might have been" So you're looking into the future looking into the past (present) saying "Well, there's no need to think this is an important decision right now, is there?"

Just because it's unborn it's ok to kill it? When it's a wanted pregnancy they call it a baby, but when it's an UNwanted pregnancy it's "just" a fetus. Am I wrong for being confused and not understanding why people will give the shirt off their back to help a total stranger but terminate the child thats growing inside. Some people say it's just a fetus... that is true...but it will grow to be a baby and nothing else. It's not like it's going to grow into a puppy or a hampster. It's an innocent child. But hey that's just my opinion.

i'm not going to judge you, you asked for my opinion and here it is! Ive got first hand experience w/ your topic and let me say that after you go through that atleast for some your opiniion can change . see you can't take back a decision like that! I completey see your veiw when it comes to my body being my body but then you have to decide where your beliefs lie and know weather the little growing tadpole like creature inside is really a live baby with a soul or if its just a seed like creature that just happens to be growing but really doesn't matter unless the person carrying it says it does. after what i went through, i have such regret and would go back and change it in a heart beat if i could ! Now I feel that i have no more right to cut out that baby from my body for the sake of myself than I would if I were to push you off the lifeboat just to save myself it just isn't my decision to make even if it IS my body!! that little creature wants its body too or rather (needs its body too ) ! either way right now it is our decision as far as the laws say so but it is somthing to think about. I;m sure glad my mom did'nt abort me and that your mom didn't abort you either!!!

I believe abortion is a personal choice. Woman should have the right to receive safe, responsible medical care when it comes to abortion. When abortion is illegal women receive substandard care in unregulated "clinics" which can potentially endanger their lives. I don't think abortion should be used as a form of birth control, but in general I believe all women should have the right to choose.

I wish that someone, that did not like you would stab you then rip your head off. Chop you into pieces. Suck your body parts through a vacuum. All because they didn't have room for you in their life. Remember abortion is murder and God gave the child life. Women have the ability to conceive. When you kill a fetus you kill a human being. But then on the other hand, some gang members kill people for no other reason than, they want to. Women giving themselves the choice to murder is no difference. Just because the child is an innocent victim that can't testify against the mother. to me is no difference than an innocent person being killed for no reason.

That fetus is well alive inside the womb of the mother. Just because it isn't born yet doesn't give a woman the right to say whether or not it should live. I am sorry, but I totally have to disagree with you 100%. Abortion is nothing but cold blooded murder. I pray GOD will have mercy on those who participate in such evil because their day is coming. The aborted babies' blood will be avenged.

I went to the abortion website and it has never crossed my mind again. Seeing those lifeless bodies laying there about killed me. They are living inside you. So in myopinion they are somebody. I never judge anyone. I think if it HAS to be done then no later than 8 weeks. 8 weeks the heart starts beating.

i asked my husband about his opinion on abortion, he turns and says to me "i know i'm never going to have one." i could not stop laughing for quite some time....bottom line here....we all gotta make our own choices in life. think about it.

It's murder, maybe not under the law, but it is. It is wrong for ANY reason. God made the baby and it has the right to live.
The heart is beating at 8 days, you just can't hear it till 8 weeks.
