How much should an artist manager get paid in the music bizz?

They typically get a percentage of what you make on the gigs you do. Or they have a set salary. Typically it's a percentage of what you gross on the gigs you do.

Whatever he is worth ...If you are rounding up new gigs for the crew than at least 30% ...otherwise what ever you put in...maybe 15-20 %....alll depends on your abilities.
