My car is a 1991 Oldsmobile Cutlass Ciera. Both the normal light and the bright light are out. The turning signal is slower than the other side. The bulb that I can see is broken. The front light panel is broken in one large part, making the broken bulb visible.

If the light assembly is cracked or broken, you will have to replace the assembly, including new bulbs. The assembly is a sealed unit, and if it is broken, moisture will get to the bulbs and cause them to fail!

Well besides the broken lense on one light, all you really need to change is the bulbs in the other ones. Good luck.
