Been dating someone for over a year. She is married, has a daughter, and when we first met she told me that whe was getting a divorce. She is moved out of her house three times since we met and came back to her husband two times(right now she is living in her own apartment). She said that she went back to him because of her daughter only. It seems like she wants to get serious with me now but I am not sure that I believe her stories anymore. The fact is that she is still married although she keeps saying that she will get a divorce but he wont sign the papers. What should I do. I really love her!

Not sure what state your in but he can only contest a divorce for thirty days in the state of Texas. Then he is served and things move on from there....
Tell her how you feel. And if she loves you she needs to take what steps are needed to show you.

I would let her go cause she will not leave her husband alone even if she does get a divorce, I would find someone else to fall in love with.. There is always someone else out there that is better and SINGLE..

This is tough but, I'm thinking maybe she just wants to get with you now because maybe her husband is tired of taking her back and perhaps has said so. She needs somebody to help take care of her. Do you really want somebody who's with you just because she needs you? And what happens when she no longer needs you? I think you should stop seeing her or talking to her. Tell her it's over and not to contact you any more. Stick to it! then keep busy. You will eventually get over her. Good luck.
