Maybe he thought you were pretty but then when you gave him the opportunity to go with you he probably thought you were too fast cuz he was obviousluy shy in the first place if it took him the whole night to come up to you or maybe once he met you he wasnt interested anymore since he got a close up look not being mean just my opinion lol ok maybe Im being a lil mean but oh well haha

He is undecided! Maybe he has a girlfriend; maybe he's just affraid or so. It doesn't mean that there's a real problem - it could just be that he's not used to that kind of stuff (believe me, it happenes - it happened to me, I just made eye contact with a girl but somehow didn't have the guts to approach her 'till the end of the evening!).

i go with poster number one - likely he was too shy!
try talking to the boy next time, if he makes a move
