A little advise from a girl. Well, it kind of depends..... does he like the girls, or are they like just friends. If he likes them then all I have to say is that I kind of have the same problems with guys. I'm really shy. If they're just his friends then he needs to start with an easy hi, then work his way up. Hi to how was your weekend to whats ur fav. color to what's ur fav. mtv show or channel or food. Once he gets to know them a little bit better (if they're cool with him) then I bet you that he'll feel a little more comfortable with them.

Glad to help,
LOL

Give him a break. He's only in 8th grade. he will start feeling less awkward in a year or two or ten. There's no hurry.

Tell your friend that if he is nervous around girls, to not worry about it! If he wants to talk to or be around a girl, then generally, I would imagine that the girl wouldn't mind being around him if he's a nice guy! No worries, man! :-)

If he doesn't feel comfortable about it just quite yet, let him go. Sometimes a boy will not feel comfortable with a girl until their about 15! he'll get the hang of it. Just watch.

good luck! =)

When your friend is ready to poke his head out of the turtle shell he will, until then leave it be...don't tease him or make him feel more self conscious than he already does. Nature will take it's course.

if you know a girl that likes him, tell her to talk with him (without telling her the reason), it may take a while but he will come around and get more comfortable. good luck!

he can't sit next to girls because he is probably creaming his pants. However, when he grows up it will pass, it is only a phase of pre-mature ejaculation
