I heard that the funny television show, "Whose Line is it Anyway" is all improptu, improvised, and unscripted. I am having alot of trouble believing that! How could they come up with all those rhyming lyrics to the hoe down songs they sing, all in the spur of the moment?!

I have watched it for a long time. I think it is all real. Most of the cast was on the show when it was popular in Canada. It did so well that it was bought by an American company and then hosted by Drew Carey. These guys are very tallented and have been doing this for years. It is all impromptu. They probably go for a lot longer than what we see on TV and they only include the funny stuff. That's more likely the case.

Improptu and improvision exercizes are a very common Drama technique employed from everyone from High School classes to Juliard. It is part of the acting method. I have to admit those guys make it look a little too easy..but then maybe it was only the people I knew that just weren't that good..lol

How can you not believe that. Do you actually think that writers write that show. Yes the show is totally unscripted!! Believe it!!!

yes it is all improvised. they are all extremely talented and I'm constantly amazed by how fast they think. I have a friend who can do things like that-she answers some of them faster than they do! it's possible and certainly impressive.

Because they're professionals and have trained in improv for many years. With enough training, anybody could possibly be able to do that high of quality of improv.

That's what they claim I believe it I think they are just good at doing stuff like that it's what they do on a daily basis they should be good at it
