i wouldnt suggest violence, tho I probably would have like to plow him....maybe if you see it happening again, instead of dealing with the bully, approach the kid with the disability and try to remove him from the situation...talk to him like the others arent even there and just direct him away and be nice to him. That way you're making him feel better by treating him normally when others were treating him so terribly. If its continuous, then you need to report it, because harrassment and bullying is not ok, no matter who you are, disablity or not.

You can't touch a kid, even if you're a teacher. If you are a teacher pick him up in his desk and dump him out on the floor (without "laying a hand" on him), so all the other kids see it. Then send him to the office of the Vice Principal or whoever is in charge of discipline.
