This is a really tough one but I'd have to say Pirates. They are just so much cooler than ninja's. Although a ninja can kick some serious *** and sneak into the girls locker room, sealing the deal isn't a part of what they do. A pirate will just rob that booty! Arggghhhh!!!

OK, if you mean who would win in a fight, probably the ninjas.
If you mean who's cooler, definitely the pirates, due largely to the POC movies.
