Perhaps he is being protected by another country. Say one like Iran.. The president of that country seems to have the same attitude toward the world as does Osama... The question remains why did Clinton not bring him to the states for trial, when he was offered (3 times).

US intelligent operations are great if he uses modern technology. If he doesn't & his people can't be bought the US won't catch him. The ACLU wouldn't allow the intelligent community that would be able to catch him.
