no, only miley stewart/hannah montana's did. watch some of those disney things where they show the actors are just like you, if her mother was gone she'd refer to her in past-tense, but she says things about her mother in the present tense.

No,her mom did not die.I remember one day in my vacation to Tennesse seeing her walk in the mall and i heard her say "your so funny mom!"
