During a complete physical, you take off all your clothes, and put on that little cotton robe that leaves your tushie blowing in the wind. If you are female and the doctor is male, there will be a female "chaperone" in the room during the exam. They generally allow you to keep your socks on, though, and I always do.

If you are in for an upper respiratory, you keep your clothes on. Most everything else, you get the little tushie robe.

Depends on what type of exam it is. If it is just an exam by your general practitioner, then usually the exam is done while you are clothed, and then blood is taken. However, if you are getting an exam from an obgyn or urologist (for men), then the odds are that you are going to have to take your clothes off to complete the exam.

it depends on the type of exam to be done. if its medical then you would undergo xray, urine/drug tests, etc. but if its phyical, you'll be asked by a doctor bout certain things regarding your health, youll going to take off your pants and he'll check your testicles for males, and if you have hemorrhoids. and take off the girls shirt to examine the breasts.
