well i have something in my throught i dont know what it is it feels like a black pepper flake but i know its not because i tryed everything to tkae it out a tryed eating bread soup water sodas and its still there do you know what i can do to take it out i mean i can barly breath with it i dont know where else to put this under and its been in my throught for about 2 days ?

Try to get some good rests. Then when your head is clear think about what it is that's bothering you, really, think about what truly is on your mind than try to work it out on paper. Or just write yourself a letter, and you wlli see what reall is bugging you after you do that. Then you work on how to solve that problem, and talk to your girlfriends about it if it's not too personal. Good enough, yes?

It may be nothing that is lodged in your throat. It could be a swollen area; it could be the start of strep throat among other things. Best to have your throat checked by a doctor.

you should really see the doctor. you could have an infection or you could have had an allergic reaction to something that you didnt know you were allergic to before. go to the doctor asap. better safe than sorry!
