Not really sure. I do know several things though sponge Bob may very well be Sponge Barbara and anyone that walks around with crabs has got to be in a lot of pain after several years. And what is with those tighty whities he always wears. If he has no Willie why wear underwear at all. I can't remember ever seeing him with a female of any kind though and even if he was that does not tell us much now days anyway. I have to opt for an " IT", and an iffy one at even that.

Sponge bob is a boy. There have been episode where hes been in just his underwear and they are tightie whities. Why wear underwear with a wiener flap if you dont have a weiner.
