Actually I live in an Amish community and yeah they do use the internet. They don't have computers in their home but they can use someones (a neighbor like me), or a library computer. They hire people to do web pages for their work etc. They use it to look up school work, recipes, same thing you or I would. They are allowed to have some electricity. Some men use it in their workshops to make furniture. Like a saw or an electric nail gun.
Some are more rustic and wont allow any electric, some will for work because it helps make a living and feeds their family.
Some even have driver's license...as long as when they turn 18 and if they continue being Amish they hand them over. But when they turn 16 they get their temps.

Well, since the amish live without any modern technologies, including electricity, I don't think they would have access to a computer. If you want to know about the Amish, just goole it.

Umm...they don't use anything electronic. If it weren't for the religious aspect, I kinda wouldn't mind trying their way of life for awhile. Must be very peaceful...a lot of hard work, but peaceful.
