Cut : (or shred) small pc. chicken breast meat (skinless), 1 scalion, 2 minced garlic - sautee till brown. Put a chicken cube into a pan of boiling water (enough for 1 serving) add cut items, chicken to boil for 3 mins. first. Add the noodles + scalion for another 2 min. Pour into a bowl, n add the garlic ! I know, this is v Chinese ........ I am one! N this is my version of "fast food" - difference is, we add cut hot peppers b4 we eat

The quickest way is to open a commerical soup can and heat it.
