I used to be on Depo (only one shot)... and some how I got pregnant. Faulty dose? Anywayz... it might take a while for you to conceive. You could become pregnant within a few weeks, months, or even years. Most women are still unable to conceive 1 year after their last shot... it varies from woman to woman. Some women who do wind up becoming pregnant right after might miscarry a few times before they have a successful pregnancy. Don't be too discourage if you don't get pregnant come October or November. As for regaining fertility... that is something that you are going to have to talk to your doctor about... or you can start taking Ovulex (and your husband can take Amberoz) asap so that way you have a better chance of becoming pregnant quicker. I've listed the Ovulex and Amberoz site so you can check it out . I've also listed a site below that might help with some questions that you may have about the Depo shot and of trying to conceive. It's also a message board. It's nice to know that you are not the only one out there. I hope this helps. Good luck!!

I got pregnant about the same time my depo shot wore off and also had a miscarriage very early on. Just consult with your doctor.Get prenatal vitamins and a healthy lifestyle before trying again.Within about 4 months of the miscarriage I got pregnant again and now have a healthy one yr old.

It will take anywhere from 6mo+ to start ovulating regularly again. I hated depo after I stopped using it!

Start prenatals now to build the vitamin levels in your body for when it happens!
Good Luck!

Best thing you can do is talk to your obgyn and tell him/her that you want to conceive. Also, start taking prenatal vitamins now.
