alcohol can make getting an erecton impossible.
on the other hand it can have the opposite effect of making an erection very difficult to get rid of (very frustrating)
aside from that what self respecting woman will want to shag you reeking of booze?

If you're talking about excessive use of alcohol, then the effects can be drastic and can lead to impotency and erectile dysfunction. Short term (like if he's just been out drinking all night and wants to get it on) can go either way, either he'll be erect for hours, or (if you're unlucky) then he won't be able to get it up at all.

Usually alcohol inhibits men from being able to preform. Especially older men. If the man keeps drinking a lot then by the time he is 50 if he is alive usually his sex life is very very diminished.

Alcoholism can cause irreversable impotence. Not to mentions all of the ill effects it has on all the other major organs.

Never affected me... drunk as hell and still hard as a rock all night... I know of a buddy who says if he has much alcohol in him, he can't do ANYTHING.. so it affect people differently

It makes them soft and they can't keep it as long. No body likes a drunk except another drunk because they don't know the difference anyway.
