What do you think? -Two guys walking down the street minding their own business. Scaffolding collapses, bricks, boards, dust and debris raining down. One guy gets flattened by a cinder block, the other guy doesn't get a scratch. Good luck, bad luck, coincidence or higher power at work?

And you can apply it to almost anything in life, love, health, career etc.

Well to me that sounds like real luck , but only by inches , then thinking about it was the one with just scratches have a guardian angel watching over him , they say we all have one , but then where was the other guys guardin angel, maybe its the luck of the draw, if your own guardian angel is busy helping some one else where, then its just bad luck!!!

Depends........what if one watches the other getting flattened and possibly a one-way ticket to a better place, the one getting a speeded up version of life-fashing-before-eyes watches the other watching in sheer horror, or something.........maybe guy watching was sucking on a hose-pipe attatched to the exhaust of his car that morning after thoughts of what a lonely, hopeless failure he is- or insteant death for the guy whose just married, had his first born and got the promotion in the dream job he's always wanted

Hmm. Good luck to one, bad luck for the other. Are you for real? It's more coincidence and luck combined than fate.

When thing goes wrong, we say "BAD LUCK"; and when thing goes right, we say "GOOD LUCK". Ultimately, both leads to the saying, "FATED" afterall..... c",)

Hence, depending on the person, it may or may not be applied to almost anything in life, health, career; etc. depending on one's perspective in life..... c",)

I think I'm going to have to say Fate . . . . and maybe it's what I've heard about called Karma where the old golden rule seems to apply; what goes round; comes round. Just exactly HOW that applies I can't say: only that it does seem to.
