First, I just want to say women are NOT complex. Whatever women are thinking, men also think. Women say we're complex you can't tell what we're thinking. DING DING! Can you tell what a man is thinking?!?! If so, you're a ******** genious.(But sadly dumb ***, you're wrong.) Unless you're psycic you're just as clueless as us men.

Why do women think they are so complicated and advanced as opposed to men?

Okay...listen...as a woman, I completely agree with you.
Women in general and men in general just THINK differently, that's all.
Women tend to run off of pure emotion, and men off of pure logic.
This is why they can't understand each other. This is why each thinks the other is stupid. They just communicate differently.
Now, there are a lot of women that call a man that is more emotionally literate: a more advanced or enlightened man. They say this out of ignorance of how the male mind works. They also like to use the word "complicated" because it makes us feel special in this male dominated world---so there!
So go easy on us girls, we just speak a different language than you, we're not stupid.

Actually, I think this might be a matter of confidence. In other words, more and more women feel confident about working and getting higher education...compare this with Victorian era when women couldn't even vote. So, yes, I think we do feel advanced for our sex.
However, this is not to say that men aren't as sensitive, advance and complicated. I totally agree that men and women both have these things...
There is a cruddy attempt of commericialism to promote (and get women's money) the "WOMAN AS GOD" (pretend this is said with an echo) persona. So, remember this and know we are all human, all flawed and all beautiful in our own unique ways.

What I'm wondering is WHY are you tripping over it so much? Anyway, I think everyone is complex up to a certain extent. (Some more than others) Personally, I think you have been dealing with complex women, that's all. AND, we women are NOT clueless. AND, I know for SURE I personally don't want to know what YOU be thinking at times.(tee-hee)

Oooooooooooooooh get you, Mister! As the blue collar comedy tour guys showed us, men are basic! food, sex and sleep and not necessarily in that order! Women want to know why? We are more complex and if you're as complex as a woman, then your gay!
Just admit you are inferior, you're life will be easier!!!You poor little man.

Don't be so angry Zetser! I think it doesn't matter whether it's a man or a woman either. And complex? I don't know about that. I think some people brood more than others and one wonders what they are thinking, whether it's a man or woman. But I don't think one is more complex or complicated, or advanced than the other. yeah, women are not complex at all. I know a lot of women, have dated, slept with, and been friends with hundreds of women. I would say only about 6 could be considered complex. the rest? they fall under the flake, ditz, psycho, insecure, whiney, dumb, shallow catergories. some of them were all those, so I guess you could say those ones were complex also, but in a bad way

It's not that they are. It's that they're harder to figure out. A man will just tell you the truth straight up and thats it there's no guessing involved. When a woman is asked, they may answer with "oh nothings wrong" and "it doesn't matter". Or just give out little hints.

They just have a different way of processing thought, and expressing it. For instance,you may be spooning with your girl, and she may turn to you and say, "You never spend time with me". When she actually means, "This is nice; We should do this more often". Of course we would think she was crazy if we took what she initially said at face value, but since what she said is a contradiction to what is actually happening, we must look deeper, and conclude that she really is crazy !! (Actually happened to me)

men and women r complicated and we think we're advanced cause most boys r imature! the way thet try 2 get a girl is making fun!! (or playing around , otherwise making a fool out of them self!) we have more things to deal with, and when we say we're complicated is cause our mind is filled with CRAP so we can't think straight. we're not as complicated as u think, but u'll still never no wat we're thinking!!
