Why do we enjoy listening to people striking strings blowing through pipes and banging on boxes? What makes our tastes differently? And how did music originate? Did a caveman go up one day and stated banding rocks then thought "hey this is pretty cool!"?

Im not against music I just want to know.

Damn good question and one thats close to my heart! It's had me thinking for years, Music in general is pretty simplistic, so are we easily entertained? I to think that music probably came by accident .there are many natural occurrences that form natural rhythm's, and yes i believe that early caveman may well have stumbled upon something that became tune full. It does appear that inventions and discoveries come without even trying or is all this lot of our's programmed? Man we could get deep here eh? ( interesting)

Now what about all the sounds that when we were foetuses in our mothers tummies we could hear all different sounds and from day one when we were born just went along with each different sound every second of our young life's when we were really little and decided what noises were pleasant to us and which were not so filtering in our little brains we decide in the end which music pleases us the most , any sense in that answer for you

yea, it was probably a caveman or something. the sounds are pleasing. we`re all different, therefore, we have different tastes. music is my WORLD. i love it. you can relate to it. you like the words, the rhythm. or, you just plaiin love it!
