Both as it depends on your daily routine .It means that if you have morning classes i.e. from 5:00 or 6:00 you can study only at nights On the contrary if you have classes from 9:00 or10:00 you can manage to study in early morning.
Studying at night means you are not disturbed by anyone but it takes a lot of energy and you will feel restless next day.Further your inner cycle is being constantly disturbed. But if you study in early morning you will be fresh and energetic ,will have a constant daily routine but you can be disturbed by others or you will have some other important work to do .so choice is yours

It depends on you - are you a morning person or an evening person? What time of day are you more vital? That's when you are at your best. Your mind is sharper and studying is more effective.
