I think Monday, because Friday always goes by too fast and it doesn't really feel like a long weekend. When you have Monday off, it seems like a longer time to look forward to having off, plus then it makes the next week feel shorter.

I prefer having monday off because on Friday you're probably going to start off thinking of work and doing the little things that you normally do on Fridays anyway but if you've had 2 days before hand by the time Monday rolls around you're relaxed and still focused on having a great weekend...
