After adding some new good players and now having a QB who is good how good do you think they will be?

They should do better than last season, but when I say better that doesn't mean they'll win more games than last seasons. The division is really Strong with two former playoff teams, including the Super Bowl winner and the Ravens looking to be healthy this year and with a better QB. The players should be getting used to the coaching staff by now and being more on the same page, which wasn't always the case last year.
The offensive line looks to have problems this season, the offensive line haven't played with each other really yet in the preseason or camp and it takes time for the offensive line to learn each other and get into a grove, this is just as important as their talent. Center LeCharles Bentley, who was a major pickup by the team, had season-ending knee injury and they don't have a good backup to take his place.
QB Charlie Frye should be better this season, but he still has a lot to learn which may take this whole season. He'll likely look bad at times and other times look great, just part of learning the NFL and his team. The defense should be better, with free agent signings of DT Ted Washington and LB Willie McGinest. Willie McGinest is a good leader and already knows the coah well from when both were with the Patriots.
They are a better team than before, but are still a few years away from playing with the big boys in the division.

I hope they do well! I like the Browns, they are not my favorite; however, they come from Ohio and I am loyal

7 and 9 is realistic and respectable....no playoffs just yet..
