My site is hosted through http://www.1and1.com/ You can get SSH and FTP access, MySQL and I think MSSQL databases as well as having it hosted on an Apache system with PHP (4 or 5).

My favorite web host I have used for websites is Dreamhost ( http://www.dreamhost.com ). You can host as many domains on one account as you want for no extra charge, 20GB space, 1TB bandwidth, Apache and PHP5, as well as MySQL5, and all domain name registrations include private registration (which I recommend so your personal info is kept out of WHOIS) for less than $10/name. I used a discount code that knocks $50 off any monthly or annual plan when you sign up: DISCO50. So for a 1-year plans that's less than $6/month.

I m using hagiohost. They are really good. You may want to choose them. But as they are big, they provide big hostings. They also provide cpanel. You may want to look their packages:
