Whatever happened to the Democratic Party, the one that was the voice of the working class, the middle class, the large majority of us Americans?
Sadly, it, too, has been hijacked. Just like the Republican Party has been hijacked by the far right the far left has hijacked the Democratic Party.
The far left does not represent the majority of Americans any more than the far right does.
Don't you think it's time to take back your party?

Actually, Jenny, you're totally wrong. All the polls and early victories strongly suggest that the Democrats will gain much ground in the upcoming elections. My problem is they'll be winning for the wrong reasons.

YES!!!! The Democrats need to give up their hard left stance they've taken to appease the hate filled Daily Kos and Michael Moore and give REAL options. Options the American people need.

From what I see, the democratic party is held hostage by extreme left wing activists. The republican party is still able to ignore their extreme fringe without much political damage. They are gaining power though.
