Is chronicly cracking your knuckles fingers bones etc. eventually mess up your hands joints, and grip strentgh? and does is it 99% proven it casues arthritis???

Yes, it's bad. It breaks the cartilage, wich is bad.

"Cracking" your knuckles causing arthritis is an old wives tale.

Doing it periodically might actually keep arthritis away especially if they feel stiff at times and you just restore movement in them.

However if you are "cracking" them consistently 20 times a day over time can potentially cause ligament laxity (stretching/ weakness) or instability.((ligaments attach bone to bone). Instability is actually the second in a 3 stage process of degeneration.
1 dysfunction 2. instability 3. stability

So in excess throughout the day would cause arthritis in the form of DJD. I think we can all recognize ultimately anything in excess is a problem. "Water is excellent for you, but too much in your lungs and you will drown" -JBDC

if you do it often enough then yea it will mess your fingers up
