I work a 2nd job with a bunch of young people and there's this person who smarts off to the boss. I was explaining to the boss the term for this and then drew a blank. My old age is kicking in as I used to work in H.R. and know the term well but have just drawn a blank!!!

They should of been fired. People like that are really bad for buisness and it spreads negativity in the workplace. That person was probly one who didnt do any work while they werethere anyway.
