If you want to be Hannah Montana for Halloween, just look at her outfits from the show and try to find simialr outfits like hers at any store. They don't have to be the exact ones. The wig, I'm not so sure of. Hopes this help, and don't worry about what the other people said=P

I don't know where, but buy clothes that are close to the clothes that you see in the show, but I don't know about the wig.
