I am going to be a jounier in 4 days..and i still dont understand how the SAT thing work, i always thought the SAT was a single test u gotta take to enter college...but now i find there is a SAT II for different subjects? can someone explain?

there is the standard SAT test

and then there are SAT II tests (go to their website for details)

the standard SAT test is supposed to measure general thinking skills and educateability

the SAT II tests cover specific topics (like chemistry) and they measure what you know, not how smart you are

In the SAT 1, you only have to study English and Mathematics.
In the SAT 2, you have to study four subjects. English and Mathematics have to be studied any way but you can choose any two subjects you like from Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
