I had an emergency appendectomy when I was five months pregnant with my second child. Ended up having general anesthesia because it was an emergent situation. I had no problems after that with my pregnancy or with childbirth. Feel free to message me if you want. My daughter is now 12.

u need the operation or u could die!!!!! in my family my sister went 1 week with out operation and nearly died. i had this operation when i was only 9 weeks pregnant (i didn't know at the time i was pregnant) and my daughter is fine. there is risks with any operation. and Ur tummy will be sore for awhile and the strain of the baby growing would put extra pressUre on ur tummy. maybe u could get the doctor to give u a steroid injection to help mature baby's lungs so in case of emergency the baby needs to be delivered this will give bub a better chance. i know these answers maybe a bit up front and not what u want to hear but u need to research it all first and understand all the risks. also please get the doctor to make sUre it is ur appendix as when i was pregnant with my son they told me it was appendicitis but my appendix was removed 4 yrs before hand. it was actually my son crushing my ovary. (very painful.) good luck i hope everything goes smoothly and please let us know how it goes. i know mine and many others prayers a with u.

Zobi, you are going to have t have the surgery, that is the only safe way for you and your baby. There is always risk when you have surgery, but the risk you are at now and your baby is far greater. You will be sore, but sometimes the surgery can be done with a small incision, that will be up to your doctor. The surgery will not involve your uterus, that will stay i intact not danger there to your baby.. I was put to sleep with both of my pregnancies to have surgery that did involve the uterus and they are grown and fine. Trust your doctor and pray that God hand be on him and you and your baby. God bless you, pray for strength .

i said it before and i'll say it again - if you have appendicitis, you need surgery. it is safe for baby. so many people answered your last question, are you just looking for someone to tell you what you want to hear?

raging appendicitis will complicate your pregnancy more than surgery will.

An apendicitis can kill you! You will have to kill yourself, or risk the baby. I had an apendicitis when I was one, since they didn't know what was wrong I almost DIED! I am not lying. I am sorry, but you need to get the surgerey.
