If you are using a router, check if it has a feature callled MAC Address Cloning. You can use that to change the MAC Address that your cable modem uses. You'll need to re-start the cable modem for the change to take effect though. Bear in mind that you will likely lose your internet connection since your ISP identifies you by your MAC Address when logging in to their service.
If you are not using a router, then look into MAC Address Cloning software; try this one out.

You can't really "change" it, but you can however "spoof" it. It's not going to be easy though =).
- Check out google for more info on "mac adress spoofing".
- Also check out this resource: http://www.gorlani.com/publicprj/macmakeup/macmakeup.asp
