Absolutely. As many others have already said, if the police have a warrant, they can enter the house no matter who is or is not home. If you were home and said no, they could still enter. That is the point of a warrant. Look at it this way. Be glad your daughter was home, because if there was nobody home, they would've kicked in the door. At least now your door is still in one piece.

Yep. The search warrant says they can enter the house regardless of who is or isn't there. I think the more important question would be: Why were the police able to get a search warrant for your house and did they find what they were looking for?

only if you say yes
OR if there is reason to beleive drugs - or harm is going on.
this is the awkward part - they will ask you if you mind to let them see inside the house - you then ask why - if they have reason then they will obtain a search warrant within the hour. Without proper procedures followed the police can be sued or if you get charged for something the cops statements will be inadmissible if they DID NOT follow proper procedure - it will be on their reports that they make.
a short answer -- the cop cannot enter your house unless you aggree

Absolutely. With a search warrant they can enter with no one home. Did you think they would announce "We have a search warrant, but we'll come back later when your parents are home."?
Added:
Andrew E, read the question again. They HAVE a search warrant.

If they have a judge who granted the search warrant, the law is ont their side, by a piece of paper. Must be some revelant reason for the judge to grant that, shame you made your 16 yr old bear the brunt of it..............
