it happens nearly every time...I get a tickle in my brain...then I sneeze....do you get that as well???

I believe theres an old primordal soup throwback reaction to light that makes a significant proportion of the population still sneeze. I do. If I need to sneeze I look (or think about looking) at the sun. 9/10 times it works. Maybe an overload defense for the senses? maybe such thoughts are overloading one or more of your senses in some way? Perhaps some hidden anxieties that your trying to protect yourself from??

Clearly you are allergic to nice, warm, cuddly, and pleasurable things (NWCPT).
If you continue to think of NWCPT you will just make things worse. Eventually you will develope allergies to not so nice, cold, stiff, unpleasant things (NSNCSUT) and they you will really have problems.
Quick think of something boring and unpleasant!
