Why spend the money or a dress you will never ware again. Go to a vintage store and rent one. The people who work there will be happy to find you the right dress that fits and it is far more likely to be a one of a kind. Even costume stores are a good place to look for a dress that packs a lot of style for not much cost. Another great low cost Idea would be to take the average little black dress put new edging on it and make a choker out of the same edging or even just wined the edging around one arm in a spiral.
