That question has a lot attatched to it. We'd first have to examine why the Almighty is a "male" in most major religions. That is because males have exerted dominance over the "weaker" sex for ages and would rather bow down to a cat or elephant than a woman. So if God were a woman in every religion, that would mean that either the gender roles were reversed or some grand awakening occured and in either case, yes, the would would be drastically different. God can not be defined in terms of gender and sexuality. God is neither male or female, but both.
And religion is created by humans.
