They have given opinions and alternative solutions. Just yesterday I heard Sen. Boxer on the news trying to explain the Democratic stand on a number of issues while the journalist interviewing her seemed unable to comprehend English.
The Kerry/Edwards campaign offered an on-line book, 250 pages outlining their "Plan for America". Unfortunately so many people were living in fear or blinded by talk of values that few read or considered anything else. Whether you agree with positions or not it would sure make things better if we would at least listen to each other. Every now and then the opposition does come up with a good idea.
