Any plant nursery will have them. Also, some of the home stores with attached garden centers have a special section just for herbs.

Local nurseries usually carry herb plants. I have a beautiful lavendar plant I acquired from a nursery.

find a neighbor with some planted outside their house. Once you locate a neighbor, get your ninja outfit together, and map out a route you would take at night so you won't be seen. Lastly, go out and grab some plants.

Your local nursery is the best place, they carry most gardening types. As for the others, get the seeds in packets and grow your own.

WALMART GARDEN CENTER....SEARS GARDEN CENTER....HOME DEPOT...LOEWS....EXCEPT ITS ALREADY SEPTEMBER AND THEY USUALLY ONLY HAVE THEM SPRING THROUGH SUMMER IN THE NORTH.
