they are a comfort, plus they dont talk. even tho' i am married with a family, my animals are more of a solace to me than humans....

I believe it to be easier to love animals over people.
You know where you stand with an animal when you first come into contact. They either like you or they don't. They don't hide their feelings, have their own agenda or try to stab you in the back when you aren't looking.
They are great listeners and best of all, they don't judge you or think they are better than you. Or constantly trying to find a weakness to exploit.
I would rather deal with horses than most people. They appreciate the kindness shown them and don't take it as a sign of weakness.
My experience with animals has been, what you see is what you get.

Yes. My cats are my babies and I have told people in the past that I like animals more than humans. I am married too and I have a very close group of best friends, but my life would not be complete if I did not havy my furry family members.

I thought I was the only one to feel that way. I love my animals because they provide unconditional love and are always dedicated and happy to see me. They ask for nothing but food and some love.

Animals for sure. They don't judge you or care who you are or what you do. They will still curl up to you for affection. They don't have guilt or predisposition like we do. They love us unconditionally. People could learn a lot from dogs.

It is easier to love animals. They are completely commited to you, and they don't even have the thought of abandoning you.

Yah it really is. Especially for women. Animals don't care what you are wearing. They don't care if your hair isn't perfect. And they especially don't care about your size. All they care about is that you love them and treat them good.
Humans on the other hand care about all that stuff that animals don't and more.

I can see how you'd feel that way... pets don't talk back to you and they are extremely forgiving. Some people treat their pets as their children. Did you have your pet before your family? If so, that's probably why you feel the way you do.

i think it is easier my cat is always trying to love on me and doesnt talk back to me like my 2 kids too..lol
