supposedly in falling dreams your not supposed to hit bottom but one night I quickly fell asleep. in my dream I fell and I hit the ground. woke up with a shock. I didn't actually fall. this hole thing took a second. for twenty minutes after that I felt an ouch feeling. yes I hurt all over. what happened here. what did this mean. dream usually mean something. they do.

Dreams sometimes mean thing. You probably got scared during the dream or afterwards and it cause you to freak out and think you were in pain. I dream I'm falling out of the bed when I am scared about something

I've hit bottom myself... and like you, I believe it has a meaning. I suppose it's like having limits or expectations of yourself... you think you won't survive something, but then you do. I would say you have probably had something end in your life... perhaps a death in the family, the end of a relationship, a friend that has drifted away, or you're no longer taking a class that you really enjoyed. But you will survive despite your loss and carry on!

Your mind usually plays tricks on you like that, leaving an "ouch feeling" It's like whenever you have depression, your body hurts, you start getting headaches. Anywway, falling dreams are very common. It means you have started a new thing you are nerovus about failing.

Dreams reflect how your day went. If stressful that dream you had is the result. You can eat spicy food and have the same results. You watch to much TV. Dreams are like fortune tellers, reading Tarot cards or the Ouija board. Don't mean crap.

Sometimes when I am falling asleep, I have dreams that I trip over my own feet. The dream makes my whole body tense, and then I wake up. I think it is actually pretty common.

You could have strained your back, This used to be extrememly common for me.

When you do it you start going into a convulsion very quicklybut don't.

The Dream Could mean something but your pysical reaction to the dream fall doesn't mean squat.

I wish i could still do that. it used to be so cool.
nothing better than having great axiety/falling dangerously then you wake up safe in your bed.
