I'm just looking for some good sites that will help improve my vocabualry to more of a level that is more distinct to the vocabulary that I know thus far.

At Dictionary.com, the page I used has a link to a thesaurus. If I were looking to build my vocabulary, I would try that thesaurus link a few times a day, and get the definitions for the responses to the synonyms.
