I see no reason why you can't. Sure go ahead and where whatever color you want. There aren't any laws that I know of.

Yes, you can and its ok.... here read this " The only logical reasoning we could find cited temperature. Image consultant Nancy Penn suggests that because white reflects light and heat, wearing white would make you cooler in winter, and thus should be avoided. But others suggest the rule stems from a class issue. Acting Director of the Museum at the Fashion Institute of Technology Valerie Steele notes that in the late 19th century and the 1950s, more people were entering the middle classes. These nouveau-riche folks were often unaware of the standards of high society, so they were given specific codified rules to follow in order to fit in."

Its not really a huge deal...its kinda sad that society says you cant wear white shoes or white clothes! It all started along time ago that "rule" but that site should explain it...

First, i'm particular your hardworking mothers and fathers might desire to be insulted which you do not understand what exertions Day is....yet I digress. there are basically some events in which you may desire to wreck out with donning white after exertions Day and not "...finding like a nerd". a million. for people who stay in Hawaii or the different tropical area the place it fairly is nonetheless warm & sunny. 2. it is your wedding ceremony day (you probably did not point out if that dress became a Vera Wang so i'm assuming it fairly is not your wedding ceremony dress). Having listed those 2 motives, do you fairly need to bypass out donning a white dress throughout the time of the wintry climate months? the respond is genuinely not! So save the dress until spring.

Traditionally the white shoes after labor day are a "no-no." It has to do with white being a spring/summer color that's too showy for a conservative lady to wear in the fall. However, unless you're a Southern debutant I doubt it really matters anymore.

I wear whatever I feel like without giving regard to bullshit rules of fashion. Guess what? Sometimes, I wear white after labor day, and no one cares.

Yes, it is, but tradition says after labour day, you're not supposed to. I'm a nurse, so I can wear white year round. I really don't think it matters much anymore what colours your wear, and when. Just have fun ~

Yes it is, but at 12:01 the next day, the white has to go into the storage closet.
