You can tell the lack of intelligence of the people that don't understand what he's doing because they are just staring blankly.

I remember watching that episode... and turning him off.. and when I went to watch this clip.. I made it through the Britney Spears joke... and I turned it off. That coughing/hacking thing is annoying. He may be a great comic... but I don't get it.
