Dave Attell does rock! I just listened to his Skanks for the Memories album this week and laughed my a** off! But, the title goes to Chris Rock. His Bring the Pain album is my all time favorite. I know it by heart. Then again, he idolized Pryor. So, it probably should go to Richard. Oh wait! I forgot about Bruce Bruce. Man, he can make me piss my pants!
